Promotion Period: Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2010 and runs through April 15, 2010. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit naturalfactors.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration or fill out the form and put in store entry box or mail to Natural Factors 1111 80th St. SW, Suite 100, Everett, WA 98203. Entries must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2010. Limit: Each participant may enter contest once. Prize Drawing: Natural Factors will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around May 1, 2010.
